Patrick Daley Named Partner at Kagan Stern Marinello & Beard

Kagan Stern Marinello & Beard is pleased to announce that Patrick Daley has been named partner of the firm.

Patrick has built a strong and growing litigation practice focused on construction litigation, real estate disputes, fiduciary litigation, and complex business matters. He represents individuals, businesses, developers, contractors, fiduciaries, and other clients in courts throughout the Maryland state and federal courts and in arbitration.

Patrick is known for his careful preparation, practical judgment, and ability to guide clients through difficult disputes with clarity and focus. “For ten years Patrick has worked diligently for our clients in a variety of complex litigation, and he has become an invaluable asset to our firm,” states Jonathan Kagan, managing partner at Kagan Stern Marinello & Beard.   We are excited to recognize this well-earned milestone and look forward to Patrick’s continued success in this new role.  Patrick’s elevation to partner reflects his commitment to clients, his steady leadership, and the important role he plays in the continued growth of the firm.

Before joining the firm, Patrick clerked for the Honorable Paul F. Harris, Jr. of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Patrick graduated from Clemson University in 2008 and Regent University School of Law in 2014.
