Kagan Stern Marinello & Beard, LLC is proud to celebrate its 5th anniversary. Formed on March 1, 2019, when Stephen Stern joined Jonathan Kagan, Michael Marinello, and Ryan Beard at Kagan Law Group, the firm has quickly grown and, most importantly, has enjoyed tremendous success on behalf of its diverse corporate and individual clients. The partners now lead a team of associate attorneys – Meagan Borgerson, Patrick Daley, Shannon Hayden, and Veronica Mina – and remain partnered with Of Counsel attorneys – Travis Martz, Phil Dales, and Jonathan Hodgdon – each of whom contributes invaluably to the firm’s depth of talent and scope of services.
