Kagan Stern Partner Gives Presentation on Non-Compete Agreements

Kagan Stern Partner, Stephen Stern, frequently speaks on a variety of topics to business groups. Last month, he had the privilege of speaking to a national audience during a webinar sponsored by the National Business Institute (NBI).
The NBI presentation was entitled, “Keeping Employee Handbooks Legally Compliant and Current,” and Mr. Stern section was titled, “Drafting Non-Compete, Non-Disclosure, and Non-Solicit Agreements in 2026.” The presentation covered a number of issues that arise for companies when it comes to drafting, implementing, and enforcing, non-compete, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure provisions of employment agreements.
